Still, I spent years building pipelines all over Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and I never met a landowner who would stand for this kind of damage during the survey process.

The coalition represents a wide variety of stances. There are people who are against all development on Turkey Mountain, Neal said, and some who recognize that property owners have rights as long as they go through proper channels. As such, the group doesn’t have an official position on the proposed outlet mall.
