My initial involvement with TUWC was during the public meetings opposing the outlet mall proposed for the western edge of Turkey Mountain. I was also involved with trail work days.
Why the TUWC is important to you
TUWC has had a valuable impact on the preservation and improvement of Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness Area and other wilds in and around Tulsa. I have had a special connection with Turkey mountain since soon after I arrived in 2007. I have spent countless hours hiking, biking and exploring there. Giving back to the area I love is a special privilege.

What inspires you?
Creativity, nature, and positive energy (and sometimes Jesse when he’s on a tear).
